OAMS follows a four-step process,
Begins with the creation of an account, entering property details, and selecting a subscription plan.
Next, NRIPartner assigns a property manager who resides close to the property in question, and who will visit the site to gather additional information, such as photos, market value, and to evaluate and submit service recommendations.
In the third step, NRIs will engage in video calls to receive advice on services, review estimates, supervise projects, receive updates and completion reports, and only release payments to contractors upon approval.
Finally, NRIs retain complete control over the marketing of their properties, setting the price, and listing it on public sites, with the property manager serving as their field representative to handle all queries and report back to them.
