OAMS offers two types of cleaning services: Land Clean-up Service and Building Clean-up Service.

Land clean-up and grubbing operations involve cutting and removing all trees, stumps, roots, and other debris from the site. Land cleaning may also entail removing and disposing unwanted structures, such as old foundations and structural concrete. In exceptional circumstances, unwanted or abandoned utilities such as old water and sewer lines may be removed. Before commencing work, the NRI property owner will receive a detailed estimate with information regarding all included items and tasks.
